The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Universitas Islam Indonesia also provides various supporting facilities which are located on the Integrated Campus. The main faculty building is named Prof. Building. Dr. H. Zanzawi Soejoeti, M.Sc. and can be accessed by the entire academic community. In addition, the facultay also has several laboratory buildings that can be used by academicians to practice their knowledge.

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Universitas Islam Indonesia has solar panels which are used to supply electricity in the faculty building. Solar panels are a renewable energy source because they can be used to generate electricity as long as the sun is around. Sunlight appears naturally and is not limited. It aims to create a green campus.
